In this interactive workshop, your leadership team is invited to reflect on values and goals and to develop a vision for the future, which is then visualized in a common guiding PICTURE.
Through creative methods (visualization, brain-walks, creative-breaks) ideas and values of the team become obvious – unconventional and open. Everything has its place there.
